Matt Lieto

“I don't actually listen to music on the trainer. I Find I like to set my own pace with cadence etc and music will throw me off. I watch bad TV. 2 episodes left in the entire Sons Of Anarchy series so far this winter.”

The Treadmill is different though! Matt Didn’t rank specific songs, but his top bands for running on the treadmill are…
1-  Radiohead
2- Old Crow Medicine show (for cruisy stuff)
3- Hard treadmill intervals? ALWAYS Rage against the Machine!

Thats all for today!

If you enjoy this blog  - please share or retweet :-) Stay tuned for part two!
