Healthy "Phils fudge" recipe - Modified

I just posted a tweet saying that I was eating some healthy fudge! I got a couple responses asking for the recipe. We got this idea from Dr. Phil Maffetone, but modified a little bit. 

To make a small serving: 

1/3 cup coconut oil - melted 
1/3cup honey 
1/3 cup unsweetend cocoa powder
1/3cup whey protein powder 
pinch of salt 
pinch of water 

Mix. should be a think "fudge like" substance. If you desire a solid fudge, refrigerate.
