Creamsicle Recovery Smoothie

Here is another super simple smoother recipe! 


We call it the Creamsicle smoothie. Great for recovery. The vitamin C will help inflammation. 


Ingredients
8 oz Almond Milk (or any milk really) 
4 oz orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tsp orange zest 
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend the Vega Vanilla Protein SmoothiePowder) 
4-6 ice cubes
Pinch of sea salt
1-2 T honey
2 tsp chia seeds 

Directions: 
Add ingredients and blend :-)
