Workout of the Week! Descending best effort set

Next time you are looking for a fun swim workout. Try this one 

2x400 (EZ Buoy only
5x100 on 1:30 send off**

2x300 (EZ Pull, with paddles
5x100 on 1:25 send off**

2x200 (EZ pull, with paddles) 
5x100 on 1:20 send off** 

2x100 EZ (Pull, with paddles) 
5x100 on 1:20 send off** 

C/D with an EZ 400,300,200,100 choice with fins

** NOTE: These are the intervals I chose to send off on based on my fitness. For the 100's, you should choose an interval to start that gives you about 15 seconds rest for each, then take off 5 seconds for each round of 5, except the last one. All 100's are done at best effort, rest gets shorter, but intensity stays the same. 

Doing the full workout will give you 4500 yards or meters. If you are looking for a shorter workout, take away part of the cool down, or one of the rounds.
